Like at our last visit three years ago, we could take a look again at the airbase Meiringen during our trip to the Axalp, which was very attractive this year. Beside the regular flying activities of the based fighter squadron 11 (FS11) – the Swiss Tiger Squadron - additional operations of helos which supported the Axalp event and the participants itself took place. Furthermore the Wiederholungskurs (WK) of the Flugplatzkommando 13 took place, which leads to traffic of the fighter squadron 8 F-5 Tigers. Now enjoy some impressions from the beautiful Berner Oberland during these days in autumn.
